Elena Flores earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005 from the University of Southern California (USC) in the area of Political Science and International Relations. In 2008 she obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, she served on the board of editors for the International and Comparative Law Review and was an extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court of California.
Elena Flores was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008. She is admitted to practice before the Executive Board of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Los Angeles Superior Court, the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Supreme Court.
Ms. Flores is a member of the following organizations:
American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Wealth Counsel, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
On February 20, 2025, Elena Flores received the Community Impact Award by the LACBA Counsel for Justice.
Ms. Flores is fluent in English & Spanish.
